& Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ink304 website accessible at https://ink304.club, including all sub-pages, the Android APK, and any future mobile applications operated by ink304.
• "ink304", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ink304 platform and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "Member" " refers to any individual who has registered an account on the ink304 platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the ink304 platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Services" means all products and features offered on the ink304 platform, including but not limited to: Sportsbook, In-Play Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Domino QQ, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency of the ink304 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players before withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction from which access to the ink304 platform is restricted or forbidden under these Terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features — including deposit limits, session time caps, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — available to every ink304 account holder.

To register and maintain an active account on the ink304 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of ink304, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
5. You must not have previously had an ink304 account suspended or permanently closed for any breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or in association with, any third party for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

ink304 operates as an international platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. ink304 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any specific location. By registering, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legal position in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for any consequences of your use of the platform.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active ink304 account. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

At the time of registration and as a condition of withdrawal processing, you are required to complete ink304's KYC identity verification process. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or official correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, as requested by the ink304 compliance team.
• Bank account ownership verification for the account registered as your withdrawal destination.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, current, and complete. ink304 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable. You are obligated to notify ink304 promptly of any change to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected].

All deposits and withdrawals on the ink304 platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ink304 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by ink304 at any stage of the transaction process.

Deposits: ink304 currently supports deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt of funds. ink304 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which ink304 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are accepted only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts during 08:00–22:00 WIB are processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business session.

ink304 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional KYC documentation, where the transaction is flagged by the platform's fraud monitoring systems. Processing may be temporarily delayed during such reviews. ink304 will communicate the reason for any delay and the estimated resolution timeline to the affected Player.

Deposits originating from third-party accounts, virtual credit cards, or anonymous payment sources not registered under your verified identity will be returned and the depositing account will be subject to review. Players must use only payment methods registered in their own name.

ink304 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players, including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bet credits, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

1. One bonus per person, household, and IP address: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each bonus is available once per Player, once per household, and once per device or IP address.
2. Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
3. Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, Domino QQ, and Sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the promotion-specific terms.
4. Minimum odds for Sportsbook bonuses: Where a bonus requires qualifying Sportsbook bets, minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) per selection apply unless otherwise stated.
5. Bonus abuse: ink304 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal variance, collusion between accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, ink304 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
6. ink304's discretion: ink304 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes to that promotion's terms.

Players must use the ink304 platform lawfully, in good faith, and solely for their own personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or any subsequent communication with ink304.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, dealers, or ink304 staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing mistakes — any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Placing bets or making deposits using payment methods not registered under your own verified identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to access another Player's account or the ink304 administrative systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ink304 staff or other Players via any support channel.

ink304 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where activity on the platform is suspected of constituting a criminal offence, ink304 will freeze the relevant account(s), preserve all associated records, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

All content on the ink304 platform — including but not limited to the ink304 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ink304 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Game content — including all titles provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. ink304 operates as a licensed distributor of these games and does not claim ownership over third-party game software or assets.

ink304 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ink304.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, device and IP data, and platform usage history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

ink304 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers essential to the operation of the platform (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ink304 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond ink304's reasonable control, including scheduled maintenance, network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms, including account closure and balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, game information, or other content displayed on the Platform.
• Technical errors in game software provided by third-party studios, where ink304 has promptly notified the relevant provider and taken reasonable steps to remedy the issue.

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, ink304's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their ink304 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary closure: You may close your ink304 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure; any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Suspension by ink304: ink304 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory concern. During a suspension, the Player may not place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals. ink304 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline as promptly as practicable.

Permanent closure by ink304: ink304 may permanently close an account and forfeit the associated balance where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, including but not limited to: identity fraud, underage gambling, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or money laundering. In cases involving suspected criminal activity, the balance may be withheld pending law enforcement referral.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law survive the termination or expiry of your account.

ink304 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides all account holders with access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased in real time; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Caps: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. The platform will issue a reminder alert when your limit is approaching and automatically log you out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ink304 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Players who access the ink304 platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. ink304 makes no representation that these Terms or the platform's services are compliant with or lawful under Indonesian domestic law.

Any dispute arising between you and ink304 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the ink304 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international commercial arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against ink304.

ink304 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it meaningfully alters your rights or obligations — ink304 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of the Terms came into effect. Your continued use of the ink304 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates necessitated by changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice.
